It is used directly at the machines and work centers, which it turns into a multifunctional data acquisition and information platform.In addition to the acquisition of changing orders, tool changes, downtimes with individual causes and quality inspections, Cosmino WorkerPoint also serves as an information platform.
It offers access to documents in the network or a document management system. In this respect, various parameters can be given to the source system, such as the article number and work center number, in order to identify the documents required at that moment.
This means that it is also possible to play back videos with sound at the work center, as shown on the enclosed diagram.
