Check process parameters and respond quickly to changes with the help of the real-time view on all work centers in your production
Acquire process data such as pressure, speed or temperature directly from the machine control or carry these over from connected sensors on the basis of our standardized OPC-interface.
The accurate and objective data is visualized directly at the work center and the real-time status is displayed in a browser additionally. Regardless of where you are: you can monitor any work center you select and see online what is exactly happening there at the moment. Violations of these limits are logged, visualized at the work center and sent through an alarm email or SMS to pre-defined persons. This facilitates an early detection and thereby avoids expensive downtimes.
The latest addition to this module allows the display of historical process parameters of subsequent orders when creating a new order. This makes it easy to see with what parameter settings the machine achieved its best result with. These proven settings can be re-utilized.
Cosmino’s own evaluations and analyzes of the process parameters in combination with the corresponding order data show problems and improvement potential easily.
