Change of management at COSMINO AG: Katarina Kunert succeeds Frank Egersdörfer
By susanne.gutermuth@cosmino.de In Since the beginning of 2025, COSMINO AG has been under new management: after 25 years as CEO, Frank Egersdörfer handed over the reins to Katarina Kunert. She has been with the company since 2014 and was responsible for finance and controlling as a member of the Steering Committee.
With this generational change, COSMINO AG continues to focus on continuity.
Frank Egersdörfer, who founded the company with his father in 1988, remains active as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.„COSMINO AG will continue with its proven values and principles,“ he emphasizes.
„Our goal remains to support manufacturing companies with digital solutions - for greater efficiency, less waste and well-founded decisions,” says the new CEO. “I look forward to working with my team to seize new opportunities and strategically develop COSMINO AG further.“
With her business expertise, her deep understanding of the company and her leadership skills, Katarina Kunert has the ideal qualifications to lead COSMINO AG into the future together with CTO Stefan Misselwitz.
