We welcomed fourteen invited guests to the Cosmino CIP Road Show on November 14 in Schwerin.
The participants came from various industry branches. The spectrum included the furniture and comestible industries, as well as medical equipment manufacturers.
In addition to our well-known instructions and tips for introducing quantitative methods into improvement processes, we were also able to present several new issues.
Using the digital agenda as a guide for the execution of CIP meetings as an introductory aid for beginning meeting managers alone was a convincing argument for the listeners.
Various discussions confirmed that many practitioners of continuous improvement in various fields could benefit from our event.
Many issues for discussions came up, which ranged from handling re-working to proper management of improvement measures, right up to the question of the extent to which the participation of the employee advisory council is required.
In the end, we were quite happy about the reactions between the participants.
And once more, we learned a lot ourselves.
Thus, in the future, we will pursue the special needs to mid-sized companies more than we have in the past.
