Cosmino WorkerPoint is awarded the "BEST OF Industry" Innovation Prize

An expert committee of 30 professional journalists and professors awarded Cosmino WorkerPoint the “BEST OF Industry” Innovation Prize.
For the longest time, our clients have been enjoying the significant economic benefits of utilizing the WorkerPoint, our Human-Machine Interface for shop-floor applications…
The machine operator is fully integrated into the information exchange, receives relevant real-time information and enters additional data in a fast and efficient way. Acting as an interface between the operator and the machines, the WorkerPoint channels the increasing amounts of available information and signals obtained from various systems and machines and thereby supports plants in getting ready for Integrated Industry 4.0.
The operator receives crucial information about the production process and ongoing production orders at his work center via an easy to digest Andon Board view, he can readily obtain relevant weekly reports and is warned immediately when system parameters such as temperature, power consumption, pressure, etc. exceeds defined limits.
Via the same interface, operators can easily provide further insight about machine downtimes and their causes, enter suggestions for improvements, perform audits and quality checks, and start or close production orders. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

On May 20 – 21 we displayed this innovative software at the Production Systems in Stuttgart, Germany
